We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk support specialist to
provide technical assistance and support related to computer
systems, hardware, and software.
Candidates with background experience of more than 1 year would be considered with higher priority!
Х Answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
Х Providing technical support across the company (Via E-mail in person or over the phone).
Х Monitoring and maintaining computer systems daily.
Х Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other systems.
Х Collect feedback from staff regarding computer usage.
Х Identify any underlying IT problems and work with the IT team to resolve them.
Х Excellent English Ц both verbal and written.
Х Working experience as a Help desk technician or other customer support role with knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment is a plus.
Х Tech-oriented with knowledge of Windows desktop support, PC & Laptop repair, etc.
Х Good with explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
Х Customer service oriented and stress tolerance.
Х Excellent communication skills.
