the role of Customer Care Supervisor for Varna.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruiting customer care agents and creating environment in which they can shine;
* Developing service procedures, policies and quality standards;
* Analyze statistics, creating reports and keeping track of developments within the industry;
* Keeping ached of competition by using the best practices and setting a clear mission;
* Maintaining order and workflow in accordance with the mission and set priorities;
* Working on and implementing improvements and facilitating natural growth;
* Managing resources and ensuring the qualitative and quantitative targets are met:
* Handling of escalated cases and following issues through resolution and document taken
actions and outcomes.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Proficient in English language, both written and verbal;
* Previous experience in customer service environment and knowledge of software,
databases and techniques;
* Awareness of customer service industry’s technology developments and trends;
* Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, able to strategize and lead;
* Team-oriented and familiar with management methods and techniques;
* Strong multitasking and troubleshooting skills;
* Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
