Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate agreements with main suppliers to facilitate trade execution between parties;
Lead a complex category; including data and industry analysis;
Interpret market trends, adapt to, and take advantage of industry changes;
Monitor supplier performance and develop suppliers which can add value through
continuous improvement and innovative solutions;
Provide monthly price updates. Discusses strategies, priorities and issues with business
management, and advises budget holders and experts in choosing suppliers and products;
Research and evaluate areas of opportunity, sustain business contacts where trust and
integrity lay in, with processors, traders, brokers, importers etc;
