Job Description

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Material Supply Assistant to join their team for a period between 6 and 12 months.


• Daily communication with customers, local MRO organization (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) and central teams regarding the movement of material flows and records in information systems
• Entering data/ Performing bookings in AMOS system for receiving and issuing material deliveries
• Create and book material return orders (PU- and D-orders) in AMOS
• Print AMOS return slip/ label and forward it to MRO
• Enter shipping information (AWB data) in AMOS
• Create reports (if necessary)


• University degree in economics, logistics, engineering, informatics or relevant job experience/ internship
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of MS Excel and other Office products
• Knowledge/ Experience of AMOS system is an advantage
