Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join and become part of the CDS Extended Organization for our client in the position of a Customer Service Representative with German.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•Retain/recover customer loyalty through pro-active customer engagement and by providing best-in-class objections resolution, in German, to customers, channel partners, and service providers;
•Ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer objections, and provide an escalation link to other employees and executives regarding customers;
• Receive customer objections, capture all details in the CRM tool, evaluate all the elements, investigate the issue, and communicate back with customers fast and accurately, via phone. Update all details regularly in the CRM tool;
• Coordinate with the other departments to provide the best solution;
• Keep customers and stakeholders regularly informed; you are the single point of contact for customers;
• Follow up on the successful completion of each case;
• Work closely with the rest of your team and the CAS Team Lead;
• Participate in the analysis of the activity of the department and propose improvements.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent;
• Previous relevant experience in a contact center environment, preferably handling claims;
• Knowledge of MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written;
• Fluent German - both verbal and written;
• Customer-service-minded approach, strong quality focus, can-do attitude, apply the best judgment;
• Excellent problem-solving ability, good at negotiation and soft skills, confident telephone manner;
• Diplomatic, tenacious, eager to learn, patient;
• Ability to work on several tasks in parallel and prioritize properly.
