Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers via calls, chat or email, and striving to
provide a high-quality service;
* Making sure that customers’ needs are met and their issues
addressed in a timely manner;
* Noting every customer’s information in the database, for future
reference;
* Working towards meeting the KPI’s and company’s quality
standards;
* Keeping-up your knowledge on offered products and services and
making regular updates;
* Partaking in organized activities aimed at improving your skills
and performance.
