Romanian, Italian, French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering help to players via tickets and chat, resolving any
issues that they have;
* Monitoring and taking note of issues that are reported frequently
and reporting to the
appropriate teams;
* Striving towards providing the best customer experience;
* Working with a dedicated team of gamers and providing a
player-to-player support
