Our people are specialists continuously acquiring country specific knowledge. The Role is pivotal to the customer experience and hinges on consistency, accuracy & timing.

Description:
This role is working with the Tax team at Immedis across all offices in relation to the provision of Employment and Personal tax support services. The provision of these services includes communication with current customers, their employees and external parties on the direction of the Immedis management team.

Отговорности

-Personal tax compliance - preparation and submission of personal tax returns across a portfolio of clients, dealing with regular tax compliance across multiple tax jurisdictions
-Work with the team towards the accurate and timely tax filings on a multijurisdictional basis
-Work on additional services provided by team – e.g. employer support services, advisory requests.
-Check instructions from customers & services from partners and ensure that they are adhered to;
-Ensure a good customer/partner experience with timely responses to questions;
-Maintenance of internal records and control sheets in relation to the client services.
-Daily correspondence with clients and their employees in relation to the tax requirements and filings organized.

-Fluent in English – written and spoken;
-Thorough approach to work and attention to detail;
-Proficient in working with MS Office tools;
-Excellent time management skills;
-Passion about service excellence;
-Team player;
-Relevant education in the field of Finance and Accounting;
-Interest in developing in the tax area
-Prior experience in international fast growing companies would be an advantage;
-Prior tax experience would be a significant advantage.
