Job Summary
The MOM Business Analyst Supervisor - OSC Application Portfolio will oversee a small team that maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. In this role, you will coordinate individuals who conduct software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications in the area of manufacturing operations.

Key Accountabilities
Provide the right quality resources in a timely matter to meet project on-time and on-budget.
Act as a day to day, key point of contact with company management, consultants and users to understand business priorities and compile and prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions to applications.
Oversee a team performing basic to advanced activities, which include analysis of business requirements and preparation of detailed technical specifications to write applications and programs.
Lead or supervise the routine activities related to the strategy and technical planning of system and application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements and necessary skills

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluency in English
Experience in manufacturing operations (MOM)

Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Experience overseeing highly complex application development activities.
Related experience with IT teams
