the role of Help Desk Representative with Norwegian, Danish, Dutch,
German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact to users and taking note of
their requests and issues;
* Offering help via tickets or calls;
* Striving to solve everyday issues and answer requests and use
related questions;
* Keeping record of often-reported issues and reporting on the
trends to your supervisor;
* Maintaining and upkeeping data on every case for future
reference;
* Collaborating with the rest of team and offering help and advice
when needed.
