Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact with the customers, for all
their questions and issues;
* Contacting existing customers for contract renewals and providing
information on new
products and services;
* Making calls to prospective customers and striving to make a
sale;
* Keeping your knowledge of company’s products and services
on-point at all time;
* Striving to provide excellent experience and build a good
relationship with each customer;
* Trying to achieve pre-set targets for a given time-frame.
