For one of our trusted partners, a sustainably developing bank on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for a:



-University degree;
-Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
-At least 1 year on a relevant position;
-Previous banking experience is considered as an advantage;
-Additional good knowledge (written and spoken) in Greek is considered as an advantage;
-Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Applications;
-Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
-Excellent communication and writing skills;
-Good knowledge of business protocol and business ethics;
-Ability to prioritize tasks;

Requirements and necessary skills

-Handle incoming/ outgoing correspondence, managing the agenda - phone calls, drafting emails;
-Coordination and organization of various events and initiatives, clients’ visits;
-Organize agendas for business trips, hotel reservations and tickets purchase;
-Translate documents from/ into English;
-Make reviews and verifies all the incoming documents sent to the attention of the CFO;
-Participate in the conduction of management meetings and is responsible for making minutes and performing follow-up on the actions required afterwards;
-Welcome visitors for the CFO, take phone calls and organize conference calls;
