Responsibilities

- Prepare and ensure accurate compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting
and adjustment. Work closely with Finance and directors from different areas
- Coordinate and closely monitor the compensation processes
- Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares
recommendations and reports
- Closely cooperate and manage the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
- Maintain the existing job evaluation and participate in compensation surveys, and benchmarking activities to
ensure the company's pay practices are competitive
- Run accurate strategic HR and ad-hoc reports, analyze and comment trends
- Runs regular audits over HR data and reports issues for resolution
- Participate in various projects and deliver the source data for the analysis
- Cooperate and consult team members

Requirements and necessary skills

- Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Working experience with SAP Success Factors and HeRMeS is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to deliver in tight deadlines
- Fluency in English – written and spoken
- BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
- Strong time and self-management skills, problem solving and forward thinking
