Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact for customers, listening,
providing correct information and
identifying their issues;
* Utilizing the tools at your disposal to ensure the best way to go
about solving the issue;
* Offering solutions and guiding customers through the solving
process;
* Taking care to show empathy and understanding, to explain in a
clear and simple way and
to make sure the customer feels happy and satisfied with the
provided service;
* Forwarding difficult cases to the colleagues that are responsible
for such cases (as per
company guidelines) and working together with others in order to
resolve the issue;
* Keeping up your knowledge on supported products and provided
services and
documentation.
