French and English – Late Shifts.
* Serving as a first point of contact and offering friendly
* Handling customers questions and issues via email, phone or chat;
* Keeping the communication loop is closed by ensuring that information can flow freely;
* Following progress on complex cases and escalating further when necessary;
* Adding scripting of the call to the ticket and forwarding it to team responsible for the escalated case;
* Following up on new updates and implementing changes.
