* Serving as the first point of contact for gamers experiencing
issues;
* Providing fast support via email and in order to insure gamers
are satisfied with the service;
* Preforming troubleshooting, getting to the core of the issue and
offering relevant solutions;
* Up-keeping your knowledge of games, trends and common issues the
gamers face;
