for capable, driven and tech-savvy individuals for the role of Post
Purchase Specialist with
German and English.
* Managing tickets (assigning and updating them promptly) and
monitoring queue to ensure
required quality services levels are met or exceeded;
* Handling assigned customer request from accepting to closing in a
timely manner;
* Leasing with ease via phone, chat and/or email with the customers
and paying close
attention to the request details;
* Ensuring detailed update tracking for each request by documenting
communication,
troubleshooting and resolution steps and preparing data and reports
when requested;
* Working closely with and supporting other team-members in order
to ensure progress and
keep with company’s quality policy.
