Responsibilities

Your tasks will be:

Searching for the right candidates according to our job descriptions. (Who are willing to relocate to Estonia)
Creating a CV/resume for the candidates.
You’ll be the contact person for the workers you found.

Requirements and necessary skills

We mainly deal with manual labor, eg welders, CNC operators, carpenters, etc.
That means you'll need to have a basic understanding of different factories and productions.

We offer

Salary: There's a finder's fee if your candidate passes the trial day and the second part of the fee if your candidate is still working there by the end of the month. (50€-150€)
You'll get an hourly bonus per candidate's worked hours from the second month. (0.20€-0.35€/h)
Example: you find us a CNC operator, he passes the trial day and starts working with our customer, you'll get a 50€ payment.
If he's still working by the end of the month, you'll get paid another 100€.
The next month he worked 200 hours, 200x0.30€=60€ payment.
