For one of our clients – a global giant on the BPO field, we are on
a search for confident,
bright and skilled communicators for the role of Customer Support
Travel Assistant with German or French (FTE or PTE with 4h or 6h
shifts).
* Provide friendly and efficient support to users globally;
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints and
inquiries;
* Respond professionally and empathetically via phone, messaging,
and chat channels;
* Take ownership of customer queries until they are resolved;
* Investigate, identify, and prioritize urgent and sensitive issues
for escalation;
* Compose thoughtful responses or customize pre-set replies to
customer queries;
* Research information and troubleshoot problems using available
resources;
* Identify product and process issues, submit reports, and provide
feedback;
* Maintain accurate and secure customer information in internal
systems.
