We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership/Account Manager
(Maternity Cover) to drive the revenue growth and success of our
Ignite Studios program. This role is responsible for managing
relationships with third-party game vendors, optimizing commercial
agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and game releases, and
overseeing the overall program management of Ignite Studios. The
ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a commercial
mindset, and experience in the iGaming industry, with a proven
track record in account management, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Commercial Growth:
Own and manage the revenue stream for Ignite Studios, ensuring
revenue targets are met and exceeded.
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within existing
and new accounts to maximize revenues.
Collaborate with external Account Managers to introduce and
integrate third-party vendors games into key operator accounts.
Negotiate and secure deals with new operators in conjunction with
Account Managers and partners.
Develop and implement exclusive, vendor-funded promotional
campaigns for our operator network.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing
game studio partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring
alignment with commercial and product strategies.
Champion partner needs internally, ensuring they receive
exceptional service and support.
Manage the rolling 3-month vendor game release plan and ensure
timely execution.
Program Management & Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Ignite partnerships, from
onboarding to ongoing account growth.
Define clear program objectives, timelines, and deliverables for
studio partners.
Establish structured workflows and processes to ensure efficient
vendor onboarding, launch, and performance tracking.
Work closely with Delivery, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure
smooth execution of partner integrations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the
success of Ignite partnerships.
Continuously optimize program operations, identifying areas for
process improvement and scalability.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams to align vendor
requirements with business goals.
Provide regular feedback on vendor needs, preferences, and
potential product improvements.
Support the Head of Ignite in executing the overall vendor
strategy.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
Experience & Background:
3-5 years of experience in account management, commercial
management, or program management in a digital/online industry.
Minimum 3 years in iGaming, ideally in B2B aggregation, content
partnerships, or operator-side experience.
Strong background in negotiation, deal-making, and managing B2B
partnerships.
Proven track record of growing revenue streams, managing key
accounts, and achieving commercial targets.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and programs is
highly advantageous.
Experience working in an iGaming B2C operator is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills with the
ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Results-driven and KPI-focused, with a commercial mindset.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with contractually
agreed commercial terms.
Highly organized with strong project and program management
skills.
Ability to define structured processes and workflows for partner
success.
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word).
Experience drafting proposals and presenting to customers is a
plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a
proactive and solutions-driven approach.
