Backoffice Gaming Support
Specialist with German and English (Remote/day and later shifts).
*Communicate with players via email in German and English to assist
with account-related
inquiries and game-related issues;
*Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions while
maintaining a
professional and friendly tone;
*Investigate and resolve player issues related to transactions,
game progress, or technical
concerns using internal tools;
*Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments,
ensuring all necessary
information is clearly documented;
*Contribute to team knowledge by identifying recurring issues and
suggesting improvements
to email templates or processes.
