We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team in the role of Senior Employee Experience Expert. He/she will play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, with a strong emphasis on streamlining HR processes and driving digital transformation. He/She will work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to create a seamless, engaging, and human-centered experience throughout the employee lifecycle.


MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Lead the development and execution of strategies to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and engagement.
• Evaluate, optimize, and digitalize HR processes to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
• Act as a champion for the adoption of HR technologies and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in employee experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align employee experience initiatives with company culture and values.
• Support change management efforts and communication strategies related to new HR initiatives and platforms.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional experience in employee experience, HR Generalist role, or a related field (typically 5+ years).
• Strong background in HR process improvement and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and other HR technology solutions.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a people-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
