What You’ll be Doing
Are you organized, methodical, and detail oriented? In this role
you’ll report to a logistics manager and play an essential role in
planning the future needs of the business. As a Reporting
Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting the regional
product lifecycle function, that is focal point between the supply
chain, the regional supply chain functions, and partner functions.

you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to
do a great job.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Managing regular and ad-hoc reporting for your assigned area,
ensuring timely delivery in line with SLAs;
Ensuring data accuracy and applying quality controls across
reporting activities;
Adapting and modifying existing reports in response to changing
business needs;
Performing in-depth data and root cause analysis upon request;
Creating and maintaining databases to support report automation and
distribution;
Keeping reporting documentation (work instructions, report
definitions) up to date.
What You Bring to the Role
Written and spoken communication skills in English
Very good knowledge of Excel
Experience in supply chain or customer service environments
Superior planning and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data with a high degree of attention to
detail
Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems
(RDBMS)
