For one of our clients - а corporation provides customer and information management
solutions, including different software and systems, we are looking for – First Level
Technical Support Specialist with Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

*Deliver friendly First Level Support to users via email and calls;
*Assist customers in resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently;
*Escalate complex problems while keeping users informed;
*Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution;
*Share solutions and tips to help improve team knowledge and support quality.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Technical knowledge of Windows applications and common business tools;
*Turkish C1 and English B2 for effective communication;
*Experience with ticketing systems and providing user support;
*Strong problem-solving and guidance skills;
*Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
