Procurement Specialist

Work from home full-time Between 4000 and 5000 bgn

Responsibilities

- Key support contracts managements with short list of suppliers (Cloudflare, Amazon, Twilio etc)
- Keeping well organized database with all contract texts and their key details highlighted, such as termination notice period and payment terms
- Staying in touch with account managers to achieve their quick responses
- Performing a main role in all meeting with suppliers, defending company position and leading negotiations to favorable agreements
- Understanding company needs and requirements when looking for new suppliers and engaging in terms negotiations

Requirements and necessary skills

- Experience in similar position.
- English Language proficiency.
- Understanding Russian language is a plus, but not a must.
- Ability to travel abroad
