We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR
team. In this role, you’ll support the design and delivery of
learning initiatives, help organize training programs, and
contribute to projects that inspire colleagues across the company
to grow and succeed.

MAIN CHALLENGES:
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and e-learning
programs
Help track participation, collect feedback, and evaluate training
effectiveness
Help prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior
leadership using data-driven insights
Support communication campaigns to promote learning
opportunities
Participate in exciting L&D projects that shape our learning
culture
Bring fresh ideas to improve how employees learn and grow
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s
degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
Passion for people, learning, and development
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Comfortable working with data and digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.)
Strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills
Work well independently and as part of a team
