Acibadem City Clinic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of medical and non-medical supplies across the organization.

Responsibilities

-Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical and non-medical products, supplies, and materials.
-Prepare and submit all required documentation for import and export processes in compliance with customs regulations.
-Maintain effective communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
-Monitor and optimize orders, shipment flows, and transportation from suppliers to customs clearance.
-Oversee documentation related to warehouse dispatches and the delivery of goods and materials to different departments within the group.
-Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations.
-Participate in inventory checks and audits alongside designated committees.
-Compile logistics data and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements and necessary skills

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or Logistics.
-Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
-Good command of English (written and spoken).
-Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
-Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
