For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and
customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Client Services Consultant with Polish
or Italian or Irish and English.

Responsibilities

*Deliver high-quality assistance to customers through phone, chat, and email channels;
*Guide users with everyday troubleshooting and account-related questions for different services;
*Identify customer needs, provide clear guidance, and ensure quick resolution of issues;
*Collaborate with senior teams by forwarding more complex requests when required;
*Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive approach in every interaction.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Advanced knowledge of Polish, Italian, or Irish (C1);
*Upper-intermediate English (B2) for internal communication, tools, and training;
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused and empathetic attitude;
*Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple systems, and multitasking.
