For one of our clients - a leading software development partner delivering advanced digital
services and supporting top technology firms worldwide, we are looking for – Help Desk
Specialist with English (Remote).

Отговорности

*Deliver customer support through phone calls, email, and social media channels;
*Assist clients with account inquiries, product details, and simple troubleshooting (primarily
related to telecom services);
*Create a positive and helpful experience in every interaction;
*Monitor pending cases and ensure timely and effective resolution;
*Keep customer records up to date and accurate in the system
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues when necessary.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Very good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently over the phone;
*Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills;
*Comfortable navigating social media platforms and digital communication tools;
*Friendly, patient, and able to remain composed under pressure;
*Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage, but not mandatory
*Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to different types of customer requests.
