For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global
brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for
– Content Monitoring Associate with Dutch or Arabic or Danish (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Review and assess user-generated content and advertisements to ensure compliance with
community and platform standards;
*Detect and flag sensitive, harmful, or inappropriate material for further action;
*Make clear and timely moderation decisions with accuracy and consistency;
*Apply platform guidelines and procedures effectively in daily tasks;
*Meet established targets for quality, accuracy, and productivity;
*Work closely with team leads and colleagues to enhance moderation practices and workflows.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Proficiency in Dutch, Arabic, or Danish (both written and spoken);
*Solid command of English (B2 level or higher);
*Ability to manage exposure to sensitive or graphic material with professionalism and resilience;
*Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking;
*Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment (hybrid model);
*Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not mandatory—training is provided.
