For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – Customer Performance Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts;
*Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their goals and business priorities;
* Guide clients in adopting innovative technology solutions to maximize business impact
*Partner with technical teams to design and deliver customized cloud solutions;
*Offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance customer outcomes.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles;
*Exceptional communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1);
*Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into measurable business value;
*Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies and CRM platforms;
*Analytical, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for driving client success.
