For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global
brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for
– Online Content Specialist with Czech or Polish or German.

Responsibilities

*Review and evaluate user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they meet our
community standards;
*Spot and escalate harmful, sensitive, or potentially risky content;
*Make accurate and timely moderation decisions to maintain a safe online environment;
*Follow clear, platform-specific guidelines while exercising good judgment;
*Consistently meet quality and productivity targets;
*Work closely with team leads to help refine and improve moderation processes.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Czech, Polish, or German (C1 level);
*Strong command of English (B2 level or higher);
*Ability to stay resilient while handling graphic or sensitive material;
*Sharp attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills;
*Willingness to work 24/7 shifts;
*Previous content moderation experience is a plus — but not required.
