About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in regulatory compliance, licensing, and certification processes within multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complex legal landscape of iGaming while ensuring the company’s operations remain fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory, licensing, and compliance matters in the iGaming industry.
Manage certification processes and liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Support internal teams on risk management, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
Handle cross-border legal matters and collaborate with external counsel where necessary.
Requirements:

Law degree and professional legal qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal professional in the iGaming industry.
Proven experience with licensing, certification, and regulatory processes.
Strong understanding of international iGaming regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
