We are strengthening our capabilities and our contribution to the
Group Credit Risk function by hiring a Data Analytics &
Business Intelligence expert. In this role, you’ll be responsible
for designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced reporting
solutions and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and
other automation tools. Your work will play a key role in enhancing
efficiency across our reporting and risk monitoring processes.
Main responsibilities:
Functional subject matter expert (SME) on Global Credit risk
reporting and innovation solutions.
Responsible for adoption of Self-service Power BI solution for
Credit Risk function and addressing the reporting needs of
respective Global and Regional Credit risk teams.
Development and deployment of operational reports and dashboards
with Power BI and other solutions based on business needs (e.g.
drive initiatives for automation - RPA, Power Automate, etc.)
Participate in building AI agents and other AI initiatives to serve
the Global Credit Risk function.
Driving improvements in the Credit risk reporting process to reduce
the number of manual interventions.
Responsible for communicating business requirements to the IT team
and the system vendor. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the
data infrastructure and reporting solutions are continuously
monitored.
Participation in different group-wide initiatives and projects for
improvement of data sourcing practices.
Be persistently curious about the entire data lifecycle of the
function; look for further solutions to be implemented (such as
software, data techniques, programming languages).
Experience:
3-5 years of professional experience in Data analytics related
function
Experience developing and implementing reports in a data-reporting
tool (Power BI preferred)
Proficient in processing and transforming large datasets using
Python and SQL to prepare reports while adhering to business
requirements.
Ability to deploy and maintain ETL pipelines.
Experience in the International Group is an advantage especially in
Trade Business.
Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills:
Fluency in English language
Excellent knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tool, MS Office,
especially Excel.
Solid understanding of Python (data wrangling, Pandas, NumPy, FP
and OOP) and SQL knowledge (window functions, temporary tables,
CTEs etc.).
Analytical and critical thinking.
Good knowledge of database fundamentals and management.
Data Certification is an advantage.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business
requirements into technical specifications
Ability to translate complex data into insights, strongly developed
interpersonal skills, confident communicator
Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables and
data governance
Team player, able to contribute to a multi-cultural team and
experience in cross-functional teamwork
Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams
Education:
Relevant University degree (Informatics, Business Informatics,
Finance is highly desirable).
