Our client is an international company in the medical industry. On their behalf, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Brand Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, and General Practice (GP). This role requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and strong communication skills to drive brand growth and market presence.

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns in line with the company’s annual marketing budget.
• Organize marketing activities and participate in the promotion of the company’s products.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends, prices, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data and provide regular reports on market conditions and development trends.
• Collect, summarize, and analyze information on competitive products and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, and regulatory departments.
• Manage product launches, promotional activities, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Organize presentations, congresses, and other promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Participate in the preparation of product offers and establish contacts with potential clients.
• Contribute to the development of catalogs and other marketing materials.
• Provide strategic consultation to senior management on market strategy, commercial practices, pricing policy, and advertising campaigns.
• Act as a consultant during contract negotiations.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• University degree in Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
• Proven experience in Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, and working with General Practitioners (GPs).
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken is mandatory.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Solid presentation skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently.
