Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Mathematician to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mathematical models that drive engaging and fair game experiences. You will work closely with game designers, developers, and data analysts to ensure our products deliver balanced outcomes, meet regulatory standards, and provide innovative gameplay.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement mathematical models for game mechanics, features, and probability structures.
Perform statistical analysis to ensure fairness, compliance, and entertainment value.
Collaborate with designers and developers to transform creative concepts into mathematically sound models.
Conduct simulations and optimize return-to-player (RTP) structures and volatility levels.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in game balance and user engagement.
Document mathematical models and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in mathematics, probability theory, and applied statistics relevant to iGaming.
Requirements:

Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical analysis.
Proficiency with mathematical modeling and simulation tools (e.g., R, MATLAB, Python, or similar).
Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Experience in game design, risk modeling, or applied statistics is a strong advantage.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and creativity in applying mathematics to real-world applications.
