Program Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

o Pilots the Quality performance of one or several complete programs (To Communicateand Coordinate internal network and Supply chain).
o Guarantee the implementation of quality requirements from customer and from programs in "Latecoere Bulgaria" and the Supply Chain concerned.
o Understand and check the implementation of customer quality requirements.
o Define and implement the quality documentation of the program concerned.
o Manage MRB (Material Review Board) Quality task of the program.
o Pilot the LAI and FAI in order to allow delivering the first parts transferred or modified.
o Support the production through documentation approval for survey and/or out of process.
o Manage improvement action plans and quality efficiency of programs for product customers and authorities customers Quality Improvement Plan QIP).
o Customer quality interface for all Quality topics regarding the dedicated programs. Management of customer claims (Analyze, pilot action plans, 8D/QRQC managementand approval for customer).
o Management of customer audit (Product, Process IPCA).
o Consult any technical issues and assure proper solutions;
o Ensure continuous risk analysis and update of related documentation;
o Define short-, middle- and long term quality improvement plan and pilots it`s deployment and execution;
o Ensures communication requiremetns - related topics: customer claims. Improvements, risk mitigation, etc.;
o Leads internal NC management and NC related with the customer, through the available methods – documentation, SAP, ERP, etc.

Requirements:

o Higher education in Technology in industrial production management or similar specialty, bachelor's degree;
o At least 3 years of professional experience in industrial quality control
o Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality system will be a great advantage;
o Experience in internal audit or client audit;
o Ability to work under pressure (internal or at
customer's);
o Very good command of English in terms of writing and speaking;
o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision;
o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
