experienced professional to join their team on the position of Head
of Laboratory.
Are you a concrete technology expert ready to lead participate in
innovations in the ready-mix sector? We are seeking a Head of
Concrete Laboratory to manage the concrete lab operations with a
strategic focus on ready-mix concrete development, quality
assurance, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations of the concrete laboratory
Oversee QA/QC for raw materials and production batches
Develop and test innovative ready-mix concrete products
Participate in R&D projects related to decarbonisation
solutions
Conduct field trials and collaborate closely with batching plants
and clients
Train technical staff and support cross-functional teams
Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations
