About us

Our company is seeking a reliable and proactive team member whose main responsibility will be to recruit skilled industrial pipe insulation workers from the local labor market for our projects in Finland.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Searching for suitable candidates and contacting them
- Publishing job advertisements (all advertising costs covered by the company)
- Guiding and coordinating workers to our projects in Finland

Requirements and necessary skills

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Knowledge of the local labor market is a plus
- English language skills are preferred

We offer

We offer:
- Base salary (to be agreed)
- Bonus of €100 for each worker who starts in Finland and stays for at least 1 month
- Full support from the company regarding job postings and the recruitment process
- Clear instructions and detailed information about the recruitment needs

Workload:
- Possibility to work either part-time or full-time
