For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for – Junior Technical Support Specialist with Norwegian or Slovak or Irish or Icelandic.

Responsibilities

*Provide first-level support via email, chat, and occasional phone;
*Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed;
*Keep accurate records in ticketing systems;
*Ensure fast, clear, and professional customer communication;
*Share knowledge and collaborate to improve support quality.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Norwegian, Slovak, Irish, or Icelandic; good English;
*Basic technical knowledge (OS, apps, networks;
*Strong written communication; email/chat support a plus;
*Analytical, calm, and problem-solving mindset;
*Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid work.
