The Continuous Improvement (CIP) Specialist is responsible for
supporting the continuous improvement effort in a Shared Business
Service Regional Center in Sofia.
Working hand in hand with Regional Managers the Continuous
Improvement analyst spread continuous improvement culture in the
Mini-Business Teams by applying the corporate framework.
The successful candidate will be a self-reliant with knowledge on
Business Process Transformation and he/she is comfortable working
in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Main Responsibilities
· Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve business
processes.
· Conduct root cause analyses to propose solutions, highlighting
improvement opportunities.
· Perform process mapping, identifying “AS IS” and designing the
“TO BE” structure.
· Lead change management and organizational transformation
initiatives.
· Manage strategic improvement projects, ensuring end-to-end
delivery and full documentation.
· Identify opportunities to enhance organizational
effectiveness.
· Act as an interface between internal clients and SBS.
Experience and skills required
· Years of Work Experience: 5+
· Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six
Sigma, Kaizen).
· Experience with process mapping tools (Visio / Bizagi).
· Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
· Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate / Power BI)
is a plus.
· Experience in Shared Services (SSC / GBS) is an advantage
· English (fluent, mandatory).
