This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the
development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes,
skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance
improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You
will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to
inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

***This is a fixed-term position (maternity cover) for
approximately 2 years.***
This role is contributing to the Strategic Supply Unit, MOIM,
Motion in Europe.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the end-to-end planning process, working closely with
Purchasing, Operations, Order handling, Controlling
Performing standard and ad hoc analyses of planning and fulfilment
metrics (e.g. DIH, on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy,
resource utilization) and translating insights into actions.
Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives,
identifying root causes for non-performance, and implementing best
practices in planning, fulfilment.
Enhancing reporting and KPI follow-up, ensuring transparency,
supporting decision-making, and contributing to continuous
improvement across the business.
Managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet company targets
while ensuring high customer service and product availability.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Planning in international
organization
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Possess an enhanced knowledge and experience of Planning and/or
Purchasing processes. Solid understanding of planning, inventory
management, purchasing and logistics strategies, supplier
management, and cost optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
