For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Tech Support Specialist with Azerbaijani or Hungarian or Polish or Turkish.

Отговорности

*Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and care;
*Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
*Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary;
*Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions;
*Stay up to date on products, features, and internal processes.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluent in Azerbaijani, Hungarian, Polish, or Turkish, with strong English skills;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
*Confident using computers, CRM systems, and following structured procedures.
