Administrative Specialist – Field Planner – English working hybrid
in Sofia, Bulgaria you’ll be a part of creating and delivering

What You’ll be Doing
Are you organized and detail oriented? Have you built purchasing
plans that minimize material cost and inventory while ensuring
appropriate inventory? In this role you’ll report to a logistics
manager and play an essential role in planning the future needs of
the business, working with other team members to monitor and report
on the inventory of materials and products.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Build and execute purchase plans with relevant suppliers
Optimize costs by maintaining the appropriate levels of
inventory
Plan spare parts levels for customers based on historical data
Communicate deliverables and timelines to customers
What You Bring to the Role
Written and spoken communication skills in English
Customer service or administrative support experience
Superior planning and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data with a high degree of attention to
detail
Computer savvy
