Oversee and coordinate customer orders – from the initial request
to final delivery – ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy
and care.
Keep all data and documentation up to date in the company systems,
while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and
precision.
Stay in touch with customers to clarify order details, provide
progress updates, and make sure their needs are met in a timely and
professional way.
Prepare invoices and related documents, guaranteeing they are
accurate, compliant, and issued on schedule.
Contribute to internal reporting by maintaining clear records and
assisting with order and billing documentation.
