*Evaluate and monitor sales agent performance to ensure
high-quality service;
*Conduct monthly quality audits and share actionable feedback;
*Provide coaching and support to help agents improve and
succeed;
*Prepare clear QA reports and share insights with stakeholders;
*Identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and
training;
*Collaborate with clients and internal teams on quality
initiatives;
*Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent
standards.
