Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative leadership, mentor engineers,
and build an environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and
continuous improvement.
Build and implement efficient structures and processes to ensure
consistent, high-quality outcomes and operational scalability.
Take full responsibility for all processes and activities within
the connection journey, ensuring magnificent execution and value
delivery to partners.
Regularly review demands and work you're doing, introducing new
tools, methods, guidelinestices to improve benchmarks and team
performance.
Participate in recruitment, lead technical interviews, assess
candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Act as the go-to authority for sophisticated challenges, providing
clarity and direction to engineers when issues arise.
Supervise consistency to internal processes and maintain open
communication with management regarding progress, risks, and
performance standards.
Deliver timely progress updates, chip in to team meetings, and
support additional projects aligned with departmental and
organizational goals.
Step in to cover managerial duties during the absence of the
manager.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering high-quality, maintainable software
and understanding of software architecture, system design, and
design patterns.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, BitBucket) and
collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews).
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, run sophisticated tasks,
and drive team success in a matrix environment.
Tried experience in leading and running engineering teams,
including setting priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring
accountability. Ability to foster a positive team culture that
promotes collaboration, growth, and high performance.
Strong ability to balance technical quality with delivery timelines
and navigate ambiguity efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of
fostering alignment and clarity across teams.
Excellent in analyzing logs, solving issues, and applying creative
solutions to business challenges.
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to knowing the latest industry
trends.
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is crucial.
