*Serve as the main point of contact for customers across phone,
email, chat, and other channels;
*Deliver quick, precise, and helpful answers to questions about

*Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using guides, databases, and
internal resources;
*Follow company standards while ensuring every customer receives an
outstanding experience;
*Use empathy, active listening, and a friendly approach to make

*Maintain accurate notes on customer requests and resolutions to
