Objective of the position:
The HR Controller monitors and analyzes Headcount, Employment costs
and HR fees on monthly basis to ensure accuracy and quality of
numbers and alignment with Finance FP&A.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor headcount and employment cost on regular basis, identifying
areas of opportunity in terms of optimization of employment
costs
Keep track and control of all HR cost/invoices
Support Budget and Reforcast process by the mean of an upfront
workforce planning process
Guarantee the reliability and completeness of HR data
Control and track HR spent and ensure the allocated budget is
respected (no overspent)
Lead a flawless budget process in close relationship with line
managers and local Finance
Budget related activities:
Lead the budget process, be the link between Global HR, Finance and
Local HR, train and educate Budget Managers, HRM and HRBP to be
full owners of their scope and provide support to them during
budget process. Ensure SCORB is loaded with accurate data and
updated by budget owners on a timely manner.

requirements
proactively share with the team the planning, changes, etc.
work closely with the Finance team to ensure a boost for the level
of the process
be the first point of contact between Finance and HR for the
region
coordinate with the Global HR controller all the aspects related to
the budget 2025
update and align SCORB accordingly to budget needs
coordinate Landing activities and ensure landing is accurate as
much as possible
Controlling related activities:
Monitor and analyze HR controlling process for the region related
to HC, Employment Cost and HR fees. Guide and educate HRM/HRBP to
be fully accountable on their numbers and provide comments for
better understanding of the deviations.
provide monthly summary on the HC and EC with analysis of the
deviations
provide HR fees analysis according to the Global HRs templates
monitor the quarterly KPIs and provide support for the KPIs
collection - monitor the data accuracy in Workday to ensure
compliance with budget and ad hoc changes
any ad hoc reporting requests in the area of controlling
Experience:
3+ years of experience in controlling
Languages:
English - excellent oral and written communication skills are
mandatory
Technical & Functional skills:
In-depth knowledge and experience of controlling practices and
disciplines
Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel
Experience with Workday
