For one of our clients – a top-tier technology provider for the gambling industry, delivering
over 25 years of unmatched global expertise, we are on a lookout for а Sportsbook Manager.

Responsibilities

* Lead the daily Sportsbook product offering across mobile and desktop, ensuring top-quality
content, promotional assets, and player experiences;
* Support the Head of Sportsbook in strategic and operational duties, acting as deputy when
required and guiding a team of junior executives;
* Drive the execution of Sportsbook strategy across Product, Operations, Acquisition,
Retention, CRM, Content, and Cross-Sell initiatives;
* Oversee real-time Sportsbook operations, ensuring a best-in-class offering aligned with key
sporting events and peak activity periods;
* Manage Sportsbook content, scheduling, promotional presentation, and user experience
while maintaining high standards of quality control;
* Monitor market trends and competitor innovations daily, making data-driven adjustments to
maintain a competitive edge;
* Collaborate closely with Trading, CRM, Compliance, Customer Support, and Risk teams to
ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging Sportsbook experience.

Requirements and necessary skills

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Sportsbook product management within a
regulated environment;
* Strong passion for sports and a deep understanding of Sportsbook player behavior and
engagement patterns;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence using Excel and
PowerPoint for reporting and analysis;
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members in a fast-paced operational environment;
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate performance metrics into
actionable insights;
* Highly organized, able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and respond quickly
to live sporting events;
* Experience in the North American market is an advantage, along with fluency in English
and an understanding of player risk trends.
